Quit Milestones

Time away, counted privately.

Quit Milestones is being built to count time away from a habit you want to leave, with your own milestones and a private journal.

ALL FEATURES ARE FREE. Use the app without an account. The free version will include only occasional, dismissible ads for other apps by the same developer. An optional subscription removes all ads and automatic signup reminders in all of our apps on your iPhone. No subscription is needed for app functionality.

What it does

More than one counter

Keep separate counters. Elapsed time follows the clock, so a daylight-saving day is 23 or 25 hours, while the calendar-day count stays clear.

Milestones and a journal

Mark a milestone. Write notes, with an optional craving strength from 1 to 5. Older notes stay as they were.

An estimate, not recovered cash

A spending figure and a former-hours figure are estimates from numbers you enter. They are not a bank balance and not time given back.

A quiet widget

The widget stays nameless until you choose one counter to show. Milestone notices do not include the counter's name.

Quit Milestones counts time you choose to track. It is not treatment. The 988 Lifeline is linked in the app for people in the US who need it.

Privacy in plain words

Counters, notes and estimates are stored on your iPhone. Read the full privacy policy.

Availability

Quit Milestones is in development for iPhone and is not on the App Store yet. This page will link to the App Store only once the app is published.

Is the money figure real savings?
